This pool is a part of Garhwal in the state of Uttarakhand. According to Hindu mythology, Lakshman, the younger brother of Lord Shri Ram, crossed the river Ganges with the help of jute ropes at this place. For this reason, this bridge was named Laxman Jhula. Chandi Devi Temple is situated about 9500 feet above the ground. Whose walking distance is about 3 km, which takes about 1 hour. Chandi Devi Temple opens from 5 am to 8 pm. After reaching the top of the temple complex, you can also see the fantastic view of the entire Haridwar and Maa Gange from there, which is very beautiful.
